Purchase Policy
Children's Wholesale Apparel, Inc. has developed certain policies concerning ordering and the handling of merchandise to and from our warehouse.

Price Guarantee: We offer the most aggressive pricing on the internet for new first quality boutique apparel. If you find our styles cheaper anywhere else, just let us know, and we will beat the price as well as ship it for free. Any orders $1,000 or more are automatically shipped for free. (Offer only valid within the contiguous United States / and cannot be used in conjunction with any other sale).

Method of Payment: All orders are shipped COD Money Order or Cashiers Check unless prepaid with a Major Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping charges. No future orders will be shipped until the cost of shipping is collected.

Damaged Merchandise: All of our merchandise is inspected by hand before it is placed in the showroom for purchase. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 10 days of receiving your shipment for a return authorization number, and we will replace the merchandise for you or give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases from Children's Wholesale Apparel, Inc. You will also receive an in house store credit for the shipping charges incurred to ship the product back to our warehouse. (Shipping is based on U.S.P.S regular ground rates.) All returns must have a return authorization number given by Children's Wholesale Apparel, Inc. The return authorization number must be written on the top of the package, which will ensure that your package is handled quickly. Damaged merchandise must reach our warehouse in 10 business days from the return authorization date.

Prices: The prices for each style can be found on our web site under each style photo. You must multiply the price by the amount of outfits in a pack.

Minimum Order: We have no minimum order for delivery within the contiguous United States.
We have A $500.00 minimum for overseas orders.

Shipping: UPS ground service is our common carrier for USA deliveries. All orders over $1,000.00 receive free shipping in the 48 contiguous states. We can offer faster service upon request.

Overseas orders are shipped by USPS and can be delivered in as little as five (5) days or as long as six weeks depending on your choice of speed. We recommend using Airmail Parcel post as it tends to be the most economical. This methods takes ten to twelve days for delivery, according to USPS.
(We cannot offer a shipping quote for overseas orders without the order)

Payment: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mc, American Express, Discover). The billing address of the credit card and the shipping address must match. We also accept Western Union money transfers (which are very easy for overseas orders), and Cashier’s checks prepaid.
